This is YOTEL's official mobile app and replaces any previous versions. We call the app "Shaggy" after our brand mascot.
Use this app to explore our wonderful YOTEL hotel in Manhattan New York and our YOTELAIR properties. The app will let you:
- find your reservations, NYC and YOTELAIR
- early check-in (NYC)
- late check-out (NYC)
- view our YOTELAIR Heathrow, Gatwick, Schiphol, Charles de Gaulle airport hotels
- check-in quickly via QR barcode on our ground floor self-service kiosks (NYC)
- view your folio/bill
- explore the neighbourhood and find staff recommended bars, clubs, restaurants
- find your way to landmarks e.g. High Line Park (NYC)

- check-out of your cabin (NYC)
- link to our responsive mobile website to explore YOTEL or make a future booking
