The most recurrent issue with this application is that certain channels will not play at all (seemingly from being high fidelity uploads) unless the video ages out to about two weeks old. This has been an issue for well over a year by now. On top of that, regardless of the Android TV device, this application always is flagged as being no longer supported, which seems absolutely baffling.

I cannot find the notification bell in YouTube for Android TV. How are you supposed to use this app without it?

says my youtube profile i have been using for years is not supported, then i have to switch to my main google account to then switch back to my og youtube profile which then works just fine. now its disconnecting while casting from my computer. If they want me to stop watching youtube on a tv fine ill stop.

Lately it keeps telling me that my account is not allowed to be used every time I open the app on a new Chromecast with Google TV device. I even have YouTube Premium. What happened there, Google?
