Past 2 years i am sending a mail but this zoomcar customer support service is so bad. Till now they haven't contacted me or respond my till now.. seriously it's not expected that this company can do tickets/1139003 Hi team, As you said you have removed but still I am getting same thing. It's asking for the payment or else ( further booking will be blocked until this is paid ) Please do the needful Providing you screenshot of the same. Please check my mail you will get all information.

The Zoom car is no more a reliable car rental company, so please all my friend find so other car rental company. They provide the most worst car to customers. You will not find the car you book, each and every time they will change you car and at last come with another car, also not with the same fuel car also. And they also came with the car that was not mentioned the fuel (not even on the fuel lid,which I think every car has), after complaining, they said that,it is mentioned in the App.

Had very bad experience The car had some issue and We were not able to pick up at initial pick up point SUPPORT Arraged a different car which was not even present in the locations they provided .Searched for the car for 2 hours didnt find it . Customer care is not picking the call anymore!!!

Unable to use pay later Simpl . Even fast tag was not recharged and had to pay double amount . I was not refunded the amount . Before service and drive was better .now it's very harrassing

Wrost app bcoz in past cars price are to much low after 3months the price are to much waste off time and money in that time and money we can take self car on low price we are getting car in 1200 for 12hrs self cars are good this zoom car app is waste
