They are promoting one free consultation but are charging at the last page. Reply- no I didn't choose fast track option.

If you left any Report,you can't upload again till doctor's answered, and when doctor answered you,was not complete or in details , then what you will do? Definitely you will ask to them, and they ask for money in same day, even you asked once only. They need 500rs or 1000rs with net handling charges, it means your complete consultation just double.

I dont want to rate anything because my experience was very bad . After making payment no one called me, they simply left an answer against my query and when i tried to write something again they have charged additional amount.

Bad experience... Booked appointment for on call consultation and paid the fee but never recieved a call.. Now waiting for refund.. Not sure if I will get money back or not
