: A serious, unexpected situation requiring immediate attention where the quick response in an emergency could be a lifesaver like the Medical emergency. Getting to know your trusted friends and family members are aware of the situation and coming to help is a feeling of being safe and a hope.
PANIC initiation sends application notification to the Panic emergency contacts, allows real-time assistance tracking with distance-2-location, MAP-tracker and information messages in the PANIC-Circle for your near-dear ones to stay connected with you even if they are far but CARE

Locations
: Circle or Group your favorite Locations, share with Friends or in the "Circle{s}" - e.g. Gym, School, Office, Party-Venue.
Once location is shared and accepted by all members, their arrival and departure notifications will be generated for members in Circle or a friend accepted location sharing e.g. daughter working at call-center evening shift, getting to know her arrival and departure from office -- A feeling of safety and security :) for parents or siblings or friends from mi-Circle

Chat / Activities
: Stay in touch with people you care through messages, share moments in image, videos and view their check-in & check-out at mutually accepted SHARED location{s} only in your mi-Circle world.

Circles
: Circle is like a group of friends, objects but you can create 'Circle' with correct privacy. So, Circle people & Locations important to you to share moments, feel safe by knowing arrival and departure on Circled places of your loved ones. In mi-Circle, Circles can be automatically removed at a pre-defined circle-age to keep your mi-Circle organised.

PRIVACY
: mi-Circle is Cellular Phone number based application, Private Circle which is non-searchable by others, Location tracking can be enabled/disable or time-based in the Circle, PANIC real-time tracking only for member who acknowledged to help but rest of the emergency contacts can read Informatory messages in the Panic-Circle / Notifications

: e.g. Moving to new community -> All search location based Public Circles of your importance (News, Events, House-Help), Most Important - PANIC data to check our location based Panic-Heat-Map
