    I don't know if it actually turns your abs in 30 days into ones like the models in the app, but these are simple to follow, well described/instructed, and brief enough to not feel overwhelmed. I don't follow the exactly schedule it prescribes. If I did I for sure believe I would have good results. Instead, I use this a few times a week usually when I don't have time to do my regular workout. Since it is only ~10 minutes it is a great alternative to when I fail to do my regular workout early morning. Over time I feel the results (for how often I use this) are still pretty good!

    I came here after using the previous 30 days challenge app ( the one in green color). I think the six pack app is so much better in terms of workout intensity ( i just did the basic 1st day and i was sweating wet). The UI itself also looks brighter and the animation looks like a 3D and smooth. Love it.

    Due to Covid19 and working away this is excellent instead of trying to find a gym when away. Not too taxing like Grit or HIIT.
