About APSFL:
AP State FiberNet Limited (APSFL) has been incorporated under the Companies Act ,2013 in the month of October,2015. It is a fully owned entity of the Government of AP under the control of Energy, Infrastructure & Investment (E,I&I) Department.
This Corporation is responsible for undertaking the works of AP Fiber Grid , its operations&maintenance and business activities duly partnering with various stakeholders for the benefit of all.
App Purpose:
APSFL Operators App is intended for LMO (Last Mile Operators) / MSO (Master Service Operators) on the field.
They will be able to provision new connections, Monitor the Set top box inventory, Check payments, Do CAF leval Operations like Suspend / Resume /Terminate / PON Change / Box Change.
NOTE: This Mobile app is not for APSFL Customers who use APSFL service.

  There is not much you fixed with this reboot. ISSUES: 1. Very very bad user experience. Looks like this has been developed by some interns. IMPROVEMENTS: 1. Just like you let us see the suspended users in suspension/resume, also let us see the users that has add-on packages.Feature Requests: 1. Let us export payments (monthly payments by each user) to excel sheets. 2. add a FAQ page, telling us operators fixes to potential solutions.

  Problems: 1. For god's sake, let us also remove add-on packages, not just buy them. 2. Let us sort customers by bill to be paid, in "revenue sharing" as we can on website. 3. I don't know where this problem comes from, name displayed for a caf in "add-on packages" differs from name displayed in "revenue sharing" for the very same caf. 4. Just like you let us see the users that have been suspended, also let us see the users that has purchased add-ons.
