    I'm a registered user, I'm not getting an option to enter password but getting an option to enter captcha. Once I enter it, I'm getting this message "Company not configured for mobile access".

    Does it's job. Forgot password messages are taking way too much time to arrive. Please bring in Single Sign-On.

    I forgot my password and clicked on forgot password. Provided the credentials. A message populated as the password will be send to your mobile number and official email id. I don't have official email id, till now i didn't get any message to my phone regarding password reset.
