I the Developer of the Application Best Phone call recorder use Permission BIND_DEVICE_ADMIN, RECORD_AUDIO,
READ_PHONE_STATE.
My application is providing call recording service to the user. It’s a backend service and user have full access to ON/OFF the service at any time by opening the application. I also get permission from the user about recording, its storage and its microphone access.
BIND_DEVICE_ADMIN is used when user receive the call. I provide this permission only for receiver not for application. When user receive the call it bind device to the admin for storing the recording in the device that I records and also accessing the records. We cannot access any other user personal Information from the device.
