  old one wasn't perfect, but new app is a disaster. knock on aware doesn't work anymore, alerts are lost, graphs are unusable and cannot be scrolled properly, information is hidden, etc.

  Absolute piece of hot garbage. It just killed my brand new 680i purifier. I contacted Blueair CS, I wonder what they are going to do about this issue. Unacceptable!! Edit: Blueair promised to get back to me withing 1 day. 3 days later... I'm still waiting. Terrible CS. Terrible product.

  Application is very bad...everytime i need to setup the wifi on the device to show me that the device is online A lot of times The device is showing on the app offline whule it is working...im on the 2.5g network as well as the device and it was showing online...one of sudden it becomes offline and need to restart the wifi registration on the device again. It is frustrating how primitive ur app and it is not working properlt

  DO NOT USE THIS APP! Connected to a new machine, it ran a firmware update and killed the machine. Now it won't turn on. Nothing works. Appalling quality control it seems from my and others experience described here. UPDATE Bought this unit from Breathing Space, UK who provided fantastic support. They delivered a replacement machine next day, and collected the "dead" one. I am not alone with same problem. Will never use the app again. Would recommend Breathing Space if you want an air purifier.
