Jeff Njuguna is no ordinary trainer. With a background in athletics, swimming, basketball, rugby, tennis, baseball, bodybuilding, martial arts (Muay Thai and Western boxing), fight choreography, poetry and music production, he is also renowned as a media personality, having co-hosted and produced youth talk shows both on Radio and TV and currently hosts a basketball fitness segment on the Kwese Free Sports channel show, Ball'n Africa, with upcoming fitness and adventure related shows in the works.
