  I couldn't distinguish if I was actually having contractions or not and if there was an pattern. This app saved me from worrying. It was a sense of comfort and helped me get through the pain because I could see how long they lasted typically and could start to recognize at what point they started to fade. It helped me be confident to call the doctor and the nurses were impressed that I was 4cm dilated when I came in. They said most first time moms come in too early. I came in at 5 min. Apart!
