Description of FORapp PRO

FORapp PRO is a cloud hosted IT solution for Enterprises that have people working in the field (for example auditors, merchandisers, service technicians, sales representatives, etc.). FORapp PRO helps to manage field staff and streamlines reporting and field data collection. Special focus is made on data trustfulness and antifraud.
FORapp PRO consists of native mobile applications for field workers (iOS & Android, Windows Phone is coming) and cloud hosted server application & DB for tasks, reports & users management, data storage and processing. The solution is provided as SaaS or On Premises.

• Step-by-step data collection algorithm and structured reports

Any task in the system is linked to a form with step-by-step completion script which can be constructed on the web-server in visual builder with no technical skills. So, any new form (and new type of tasks) can be set up in no time and wirelessly transmitted to mobile applications of your field staff.
• Built-in control of task execution in mobile apps (GPS /timestamps / photo & audio)

Every data item entered in the mobile app is marked with GPS coords & timestamps. Mediafiles (photo, audio & video) are limited to be made only inside the app to avoid fraud file attachments (unless usage of smartphone’s media galleries is specially allowed). Background GPS tracking and audio recording are provided. Data collection scripts have required field validations, logical operators and other features.
• Crowdsourcing support, BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy support

The solution supports crowdsourcing approach to field data collection: volunteers self-registration in the system, App Store & Google Play apps distribution, qualification tasks, built-in instructions and more.
