  Ok so Bugs & things are starting to be addressed but the features that would make this new GS App be better would be: 1. Add Store Check-In for Daily 5 or 10 Points (because its nowhere to be found). 2. Fix the Preorder Tab so it shows what we have on Preorder. 3. Fix Slow App Issues like Lag & Crashes. 4. Add a Page to check our Membership Status. 5. Add a Want/Wish List. 6. Add a Light & Dark Theme option.

  This App is nothing like the old one. I no longer have the folders "I Have", "I Want, "I Had" to keep track of games I've played and which ones I need to pre order. Also I tried to check for my pre orders and I get a message reading "No Connection to Server" I have full bars on WiFi and it appears to essentially work like a website more than a personal App.

  A huge step back... The app before was useful before built to help the consumer get access to their points and account benefits. Now it's just another point of sale app. Can't view your pre orders at all... No access your active offers. Still showing digital locker codes from PS3 days. It's a work in progress I get it, but if they don't fix it soon I'm gonna delete it and just use the mobile website page.

  Would give this 0 if I could. Cannot access my account anymore, even after multiple attempts to reset and multiple calls to customer service. New format is awful, no trade screen or an "i want" list...just not done right at all. With lifetime earnings of over 1 million points, you would think they would want to ensure to keep someone like myself coming back due to how much I have spent with them.

  You have ruined this app. Zero stars not one. It used to tell you trade in prices, it used to run smoothly, it used to be easy to use, and I used to be able to find my rewards from a single button. But now I'd rather waste data using the website version then keep this abomination on my phone. Good day.

  Use to have a lot of functionality now, they took most of it, I can't check in everyday like I use to to stack up at least 5 points daily, it takes forever to load anything at all, and my net is good so that is not the problem. Recently it says in stock on the item but when you go to your cart it says not available and shows items mark as added when they are not. It keeps getting worse every update, the new look I like but aside from that unless they fix many things it is useless.
