very nice as this helps the mind relax, and it also helps unwind all of the stress and negative thoughts of the day. Sure, the transactions limit me from some of the more nicer features but the developers have to make money somehow

I love the app but why am I paying $17.99CAD vs $12.99USD a month? That is more than the exchange rate and feels a little like price gouging.

Very expensive and complicated. Not as serene as the advertising claimed. Oh but hey they have a Netflix thing I can check out instead of shelling out extra.

I used headspace for many months in 2018-19 when I was in grad school and needed to learn to manage my hectic mental state. I've meditated only sporadically since, but whenever I do I come back to headspace to prime myself using their excellent guided courses. The thing about headspace that worked for me was how easy it is to start, and the variable session length. When I started I would do it for 5 minutes a day on the train into school. I worked up to multiple 20-30 minutes meditations a day.
