  Wishlist function doesnt really work at all. Cant remove things, and it doesnt update when I add something. Useless app without this function. There has been no fix for months.

  Not only is the app pretty messy with searching through the items. I've tried to reset my password many times and did my best to not get frustrated with Hot Topic's lack of technical support but failed and will never try any online shopping with them again.

  I wish i could give it 0 stars. This app is absolutely horrible!! Every time I try and add a new item to my cart the stuff that I added prior gets emptied and I have to keep starting over. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the app and would just stick with the website.

  Can't Login I've changed my password 3 times and still can't login. Stupid and waste of time

  Fix your app, when I log in it doesn't show my profile info and everything Is blank. It used to day Welcome, Brandon and would show all my information when I went to my account and now it shows nothing like as if its all been erased smh 🤦

  I recently became a Hot Topic customer and was so excited to have gotten Hot Cash! Today, I tried to spend it online (on a loungefly backpack), but also pick up some items under the Buy 2 get 1 Free sale (some enamel pins). Not only did the estimator say $27 S&H (even though their website says $6), but I was not able to activate my online promo codes along with the code for the site sale. The site told me to clear those items out of my car to continue...SO DISAPPOINTING!
