I love this app! I have been trying to keep my anxiety under control and I came across this app, I only have the free version so far but I can see myself purchasing the extras because its helping me so much! The only complaint I have is the voice recordings crackle midway through and its distracting. If this were fixed it would honestly be the best app I've ever downloaded. Thank you for making this wonderful app!

I am really greatful for this app and the help its given me. I struggle with depression, anxiety, and PTSD and this app has given me space to check in with myself daily. It is affordable compared to other therapy options. I am in the process of moving and finding a new therapist and this app has helped me continue on my self love journey of healing. I will continue to use this even when I start therapy again because it really has helped me pull myself out of thus phase of depression.

I think it has a LOT of text and requires a lot of reading... I wouldnt prefer it for someone who is not very patient and doesn't like reading.. One more concern.. They don't respond on whatsapp.. Also we should be able to change our therapists and I hate the policy that only 18 above people can have sessions with therapists..I only downloaded it for my daughter who is 15 suffering from anxiety and we were very disappointed she couldn't have a session as the therapist straight up DENIED.
