In 2018, the Lalafood incubation project was started by Lalamove as a means to explore the food delivery sector. While as a company we have learnt a great deal from Lalafood, a decision has been made to redirect our focus entirely on our core Lalamove delivery business. February 15, 2021, will be the last day of Lalafood platform operations. We express our deepest gratitude to you, our customers, for your continued support, as well as to our partner riders and partner merchants who were with us in making all this possible. 2021 will continue to be another year of strong growth for Lalamove in the Philippines.   How come i'm allowed to enter 17 character password during sign up then when I log in, only 12 characters are allowed to enter? Now I have to wait for 24 hours because I use the forgot password feature twice just to try to change my password and hoping to log in successfully. If originally you allow only 12 characters for password, then you must limit the length of the entered password to 12 during sign up. Tsk.

  Driver/rider tracking isn't accurate. It's like there is a 20-30mins delay. Pathetic!

  LalaFood is one of the big three of food delivery services here in the Philippines, together with Grab and Foodpanda but they're the weakest. Why? -- because of their app. The problem of this app is, like a lot of reviewers mentioned, it logs you out randomly, even while you have an ongoing order. I don't know what triggers this and its seriously frustrating. This is an old problem and they still haven't fixed it. Also, the pin accuracy is poor. Come on devs, what the hell are you doing? Fix it.

  Can't even open the app lmao. The extremely rare chance I open it and it comes out with the error message "failed to get any response to the server". But because I wanted the promo I uninstalled and installed the app days after. Same error! Haha bye.
