  I took the survey, and my insurance is supposed to cover it, but everytime I click the link and download the app, it gets to the part of "looks like your link didn't connect" or something like that. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app via the link. I've tried requesting a new link. Nothing works. I can't set up an account because every time the webpage just says I'll gain access after downloading it, but when I go back to the page it still says to download it. Please fix ASAP.

  I really like the LARK app. It is a AI and there are times I would like to give the app some info on why I avoid fiber but listening to it's suggestions and knowing the app will send an alert to remind me, keeps me focused. I think this a great app for people who kind of know what they need to do because this is like a coach who keeps you accountable. I know I have my weekly weigh in on the nice free scale. So far I have lost 5% of my weight and I plan to keep working this to lose more.

  I can't even give this app 1 star, it is the most childish app I have ever used. My Samsung app is so much better, and I don't have to use the stupid replies that come in this app. Like wow, cool, great, the questions are no more than if this, then this type of app. I will be sending my scale back. Don't even get me started about the missions. I had to give this app 1 star to post it, if I could get rid of the star I would.
