Description of Lenox Media Player

The Lenox Media Player is an application that requires a subscription from your service provider to view their content.
The Lenox Media Player does not have any content such as live channels, movies or radios.
Lenox is the software development entity that has developed the Lenox Media Player app which is built to be a media player for providers to offer their content to their end users.
The Lenox MP app supports the following devices:
• Android smartphones
• Android tablets
• Android TV
Once you install the app you will be prompted with a login screen to enter your provider code, username and password (which is provided by your provider). After logging in with the correct credentials provided by your provider you will be able to view their content. If you have issues logging in or technical issues please contact your service provider NOT Lenox MW.

  Really feel bad rating so low, but for an app that charges...people expect better! The channels would list the information of what is currently playing...NICE! But recently that feature stopped working for all! So now you literally have to go into each channel to see what they are showing when before you could read a brief summary of what is playing. Aside from the issue of some channels not even playing or images frozen, the information not being listed for what is playing is my biggest beef!!!

  I had this before they changed locations and it worked wonderfully. Now all it does is constantly freeze. Why don’t you fix that? If not I’ll be going elsewhere when my three months runs out! Also while you’re fixing that why don’t you put on a decent splash screen/wallpaper. That wallpaper is horrible!

  They really need to fix this app because since the new update whenever you are looking for a channel and you try to scroll down, the app automatically scroll up the channels . Hard to get go all the way down . This mostly happens when you are using the app on your phone or tablet
