  This app is seriously lacking. The GPS doesn't work properly, and drivers are able to mess up the tracking by disabling it. I don't know why they have a problem with being shown on GPS. If they're doing everything right, there should be no fear of trackers. Customers want to know where the bus is in relation to where the customer is waiting for it.

  I LIVE by this app! Especially on these difficult times. I'm SOOO beyond grateful to this company its employees and their dedication. I've only had the app shut down once. I L-O-V-E that there is a favorite button (its a ♡)so you can pretty much customize your app. Never takes long to load up either. This app is all you need to get around Atlanta on time! PLEASE don't yell at the drivers. Not their fault your late. You shouldn't take the very last bus option to get to where you're going. #HAPPY

  This app promises so much and delivers so little. The "real-time bus locator" does not work. Sometimes no buses will show on routes; other times it is so inaccurate that it is useless or even harmful messing up your schedule. The "next train locator" is much better but not available some of the time. I've sent emails to MARTA on this and they give a canned response or none at all.

  Horrible tracking software!!! Also, the map stops tracking at midnight while I am still riding the buses to get home which led to me me walking 3 hours to home 3 times due to not knowing if the last bus is early or late or not coming!!!

  Too many bugs I cant look at any information. Times out a lot and crashes, so it is extremely unreliable at times. Some of the buses are not connected to this app. Train times are off and sometimes will not pop up unless the train is 2-5 min from the station. If I could rate this app a quarter of a star, I would. Saddest excuse for an official.

  it will say the bus is no where near you while the bus passes right by you. It will say the bus is coming and then there is no bus. Most Importantly. The bus I use most frequently is missing often enough to make it difficult to keep my job.
