Description of My Health Check

The ‘My Health Check’ app is designed to support you following your NHS Health Check in Kent.
Record your blood pressure, cholesterol, weight and activity results onto the app and get your heart age! Then follow the advice of your health checker and the information in the app to track your progress to a healthier lifestyle.
You can download apps that can help you to quit smoking, lose weight or get your blood pressure down. Or set goals for yourself, like being more active or cutting back on booze.
This app has been designed by Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust and Tinderhouse and is intended for clients in Kent who are eligible for an NHS Health Check. If you haven’t had an NHS Health Check, you can still use the app, but you may not get a correct heart age score. If you think you are eligible for an NHS Health Check or if you live outside Kent you can find out more online at http://www.nhs.uk/Conditions/nhs-health-check/Pages/NHS-Health-Check.aspx

I am sorry. Iam telling to those who are thinking to download this app but from my experience I am advising you to don't download this app because those people saying lies and saying I am sorry this app not check your health.

Absolutely useless, as a competitive cyclist and 45 years old it rates my heart health as 53 yes old. Changing blood pressure and cholesterol does next to.nothing to your heart age. Better listening to your Drs advice.
