Description of MyLifeOrganized: To-Do List

MyLifeOrganized (MLO) is the most flexible and powerful task management software for getting your to-dos finally done.
Why MLO is what you need
MLO leads to a new level of productivity — you can manage not only tasks but projects, habits and even life goals. Designed to strike a balance between the simple and the complex, MLO comes with optional contexts, tags, stars, flags, reminders, dates, priorities, completely customizable filters and views that make MLO flexible enough to adapt to your own system for managing your tasks. It is particularly suited for those who are truly serious about personal task management.
Once loaded with your information, MyLifeOrganized goes to work and generates a simple list containing only the next actions that require your immediate attention. This list is updated auto-magically once you complete a task, drive to a new location, or simply if it is dinner time.
Sync across mobile and desktop
Add even more power to your task management — use MLO Cloud service* to sync automatically with the world-class Desktop version of MyLifeOrganized**. You can sync your to-do lists with multiple devices, share a single task list, or collaborate with other people. Join the users who sync more than 65 million of their to-dos via the secure and robust MyLifeOrganized Cloud Sync Service! Extremely powerful and sophisticated. The ability to create subtasks is what originally attracted me to this over other programs. You definitely need the desktop counterpart to take full advantage. Get the cloud sync. $15/month. Very worth it.

It is a really useful app. All tasks sorted the way, and ANY way, you need. See the task list, see the projects, status, deadlines - anything. A lot of useful information can be stored with notifications etc. The low point if the app - it lacks sufficient user interface design/ With all the advantages it has, tablet/mobile design is not user friendly yet. Additional opportunity to grow - add notes organizer function. I have to use MLO together with OneNote.

I used it for about 7 years and every now and then I'll try a new one bought I always come back to this one because it has the great drill down outline options. there's a few others that allow asab task but they're usually limited to one. I do wish they would allow downstream information to be seen all in one folder much like scrivener. nobody does that including shrimp dinner on the iPad but it would be so incredibly useful.

THIS APP IS SAVING MY LIFE! I have Autism Spectrum Disorder aka Asperger's and this is the only way I can manage my adult life. Helps me clearly organize To-Dos and plan projects on the fly without cluttering my brain or making me over-process stuff I don't need to besides key info for task/due date/reminders. I've been looking for an all in one app that uses the Getting Things Done (GTO) method, this follows it PERFECTLY. Speech to inbox feature is SUPER helpful on the go.100/10 recommend!!!

I've been using MLO for years and I still think it handles task management the best. It's very flexible once you understand how and why it does what it does (which is worth the time to learn). My only two caveats with the app and software is that it needs instant sync for both the mobile apps and the calendar sync. When I work in the desktop app, there are times when I don't need to open my mobile app but I still get reminders for tasks that have been completed on the desktop which isn't good. Granted, it's minor but tasks on the mobile app don't update when completed on the desktop. They need to.
