Description of Nissan Mobile Partner

With the Nissan Mobile Partner companion app, drivers can stay connected even when on the road. This app works with the vehicle display to bring new levels of driving related information and entertainment to the vehicle by customizing popular apps to the Nissan vehicle environment.​
Drivers can select and configure their favorite supported apps from the “Manage My Apps” tab found within Nissan Mobile Partner app.​
System compatibility requirements - What you will need to use this app and service in your Nissan:​
• A compatible and equipped Nissan vehicle registered and located within supported countries​
• A compatible smartphone with a data plan​
• USB Cable (for navigation-equipped vehicles)

  Totally useless. Not only does the app never properly connect with your car. But the selection of apps you're able to use completely sucks. I of course don't want to use my phone on my dash, that'd be dangerous. But having at least my music service would be nice.

  The Pandora app not connecting to Nissan interface It keeps saying cannot connect try again later. This is been going on for a week now

  EDIT: Lowering my review from 5 stars to 1 star because, even though it let me add my new car on, it always shows as disconnected. My Pandora never works. I can play it through Bluetooth, but not the app, which means I cannot use it as it is supposed to be used. It just constantly gives me a message to make sure the app is set up correctly. I don't understand why it doesn't just connect automatically.

  Over complicated to use, and only works on rare occasions. Could have been developed into an amazing product, but it feels rushed and incomplete.

  I would give this app is 0 Stars if I could. it would not allow me to connect Facebook, the authentication failed no matter what method I used. I also received a warning that the version of the app is for an older version of Android so this obviously needs an update. I would not recommend the use of this app to anyone.

  For the last week my Connect apps have not worked. Contacted Nissan to see what the the problem might. Nissan Ireland have informed me that, as of the last week, the Nissan Connect App is now discontinued. Without notice to the customer, the service has been turned off. No point in having an apps button on my 1 year X-Trail now. Really bad treatment from Nissan. Starting to loose interest in the brand these days. I'm unable to post no stars. Ironic or what !
