Description of Squid - Take Notes & Markup PDFs

We partnered with Google to bring incredibly fast, low-latency ink to Squid on the Google Pixelbook and Samsung Chromebook Plus (with Chrome 62). See the difference:
Take handwritten notes naturally on your Android tablet, phone, or Chromebook supporting Android apps! With Squid you can write just like you would on paper using an active pen, passive stylus, or your finger.
Easily markup PDFs to fill out forms, edit/grade papers, or sign documents. Import images, draw shapes, and add typed text to your notes. Quickly select, copy/paste, and move content between pages and notes. Organize your notes within notebooks and increase your productivity!
Turn your device into a virtual whiteboard or give presentations in a class, meeting, or conference by wirelessly casting to a TV/projector (e.g. using Miracast, Chromecast). Export notes as PDFs or images, then share them with others or store them in the cloud!
Squid is vector based - keeping your notes beautiful at any zoom level and on any device. You can erase entire letters and words quickly with the stroke eraser tool, or just parts of words with the true eraser tool. The selection tool allows you to change the color and thickness of your handwriting and even resize a drawing whenever you want without any loss in quality.
Squid takes special advantage of active pens on capable devices to provide natural, pressure sensitive handwriting. Just write with the pen and erase with your finger!
Squid is designed to be both powerful
simple to use, allowing you to take notes quickly and efficiently.

The app is good. But you have to pay for everything in this app. Only note writing is free. Also images can be added to the notes and can be exported to PDF PNG and JPEG formats. PDF import is a premium feature.

Best appeal the pressure sensitivity. NO palm reject toggle or music tab paper tho. Tablature is most common for writing music& needed if you don't know theory like many. Also, the eraser isn't circular & hard to see& No choice of save location. The monthly fee deters longterm use as 3yr=$36, ridiculously high for an app that isn't updated with new tools. This is not a service. More might buy if it was 1-time fee $6. Price is supposed to be set to compete with similar apps its not.

Amazing experience using SQUID, so fluid to write using Tab S7 plus. This app has the best display and tools as for me. I am enjoying it being a tutor, thank you for the wonderful app guys. Drawing and writing while teaching is so easy using SQUID, this app is what I needed. Fantastic

I just started using this app and I like that it is straightforward and allows me to just take notes. The two-star deduction is because the cloud backup choice is so limited. I prefer to use OneDrive for everything from all devices. Not having that choice readily available is a real problem. A year later. Well, you haven't done anything about a different cloud backup. I use Microsoft One Drive and to some extent Samsucy cloud. I'm going to have to figura something else out.

It's good... even withut premium? On premium it has lot's of amazing layouts that are really helpful. You get some layouts on normal as well. Normal is pretty good because you can do whatever you want on it. It's just simple. But premium is legandary. But a bit overprised. But I don't mind sice its great

Amazing app for taking notes, the only problem is that organization in the app is a bit messy. Would give 5 star if there was a feature for us to put sub folders so I can organize my class notes better Edit: voted on their website for sub-folder but just found out that the problem started in 2013 and still hasn't been acknowledged by the developers yet..... really hope they will fix it
