Parcel Pending makes it simple to receive your packages and online orders! Get automatic notifications the moment your packages are delivered with our easy-to-use mobile app.
Use the Parcel Pending Mobile app to:
- Register for Parcel Pending
- Add/update occupants
- Add/edit payment information
- Change your access PIN
- Set or cancel an upcoming vacation
- Get real-time alerts when your packages are delivered
- View your pending package information
- Open locker doors (if Bluetooth is enabled)
- View your package history
- Edit your contact information and preferences

  Parcels page doesn’t have sufficient contrast ratio making it inaccessible. Billing history doesn’t fit in the viewport leading to a frustrating experience with excessive scrolling. The history section of the parcels page has an arrow to expand and view more information. However, the arrow is too small and takes multiple attempts to press. I assume this app hasn’t been tested on High DPI devices. While the app is a visual abomination, it works without any bother.

  It is easy, convenient and secure. Living in an apartment I worried packages would get stolen but this prevents that. There's been only 1x that I opened my locker and found my item AND an item of someone else. Otherwise it's been perfect :)

  Love this app! So glad our apartment hot parcel pending. Now I don't have to worry about the safety of my packages and I don't have to go to a package office during specific hours!
