  This app was working fine, I work at Safeway so I use it often and regularly have to show customers how to use it (because reading must be hard for them) but now it has been more difficult to clip offers because of the introduction of ADS! Like people aren't already shopping at Safeway if they have the app, nope gotta shove Safeway ads down your throat while you use the app, too.

  I been having problems with the app lots of time I can't get in to the app because it's crashed to clipped items and digital coupons not showing on my receipt no help trying with customers service all they tell is you have make changes online I had logged in to my profile and found out that someone else's name receiving my rewards tried changing the name and phone number to the right one didn't work so that's why I rate app and customer service one star

  It's great except the digital coupons don't always show up when checking out, so I have ask, then wait for it to get fixed ...at least one item at each check out has to be entered by hand and it holds up the line. But otherwise good 👍

  not being too techy myself I find this app easy to use and don't miss out on some great deals. however I haven't had such a great experience with the Rx portion.
