  Needs more features. There should be an option to upload video as well along with pictures as just pictures don't tell the whole truth. Authorities like SDMC infact harrass the people who complain on Sameer and close the issues without actual resolution. I have complained multiple times about road dust but it has never been handled properly by SDMC. Either it's being wrongly assigned to SDMC by CPCB or SDMC just doesn't want to work

  App concept is good, but the concerned agencies are not taking appropriate action in time being. Not a proper tracking and followup mechanism by authorities for any register complaint. As well as the app hangs generally don't show the data easily.
