  Why do people want things to go online. The process of booking an appointment was good and fast because well they get money from it but then the delivering of report online should be fast too. Was one of the worst experience. Took 2 days of multiple calls still no report to my email id, i eventually had to go the centre to get my report. If i had to experience that i would have got my test done from a nearby M. B. Jain Pathology.

  Pathetic app...keeps on crashing...payment gateway not working properly...long forms to fill on mobile firstly for registration and then for making payment...and if payment is not succeeded then again fill the form...highly irritating...poor customer experience...!
