  I just installed my SS home security system.The app seems to crash, lock up, lag, etc. Camera seems to have a lot of trouble connecting as well. Since this is only day 1 of the new system, I will try to give it more time but so far this is not a good first impression. UPDATE: 10/20/20 I learned that my internet is part of the problem, especially with the camera. I upgraded. Working better now. SS is also very quick and helpful in their response time! Feeling better about SS now. :)

  Recently installed simplisafe in my home. It is a great system, being able to install what you need., not a lot of items you don't.People at simpli safe customer support were very helpful and real nice when i called for help..Real professionals..I would highly recommend Simpli Safe to everyone.

  At the risk of sounding like a commercial, I really do love simplisafe. No real issues with the app in and of itself. The only downside is that some of the options can be limited, but I dont have a point of comparison. I do get tired of clearing notifications from my smart watch, but that's how I have it set up, so it's kind of on me.

  Have used SimpliSafe for over 2 years. I am very satisfied with the quality of the equipment, as well as the excellent monitoring and customer services. Plus it is very affordable.

  They call when the alarm goes off. The police arrived in just a few minutes when the alarm was triggered after we left the house. Very good system for peace of mind! Have had for over 4 years now and everything works fine, no issues other than having to change a few batteries (keypad).
