Really useful, I love it! The shortcut button that appears at the side of the screen when you adjust the volume is really handy.

It has suddenly stopped working with Google assistant....Can't get the sound to work while connected to my cars bluetooth! Only seems to be a problem with Assistant.

It's a little weird I need to install a secondary app because the lowest volume settings are too high by default, but the app does the trick.... sometimes. The Change Step Volume feature is AMAZING.... for media. Why doesn't it exist for any other category of volume? It's literally the only reason I got the app and the most important feature only applies to media. Having my system, notification, and ringtone volume only capable of 16 different volume levels is a severe lack of control.

S8, Android 9: Toggle for Notification Alert sounds to go through headset or phone speaker still does NOT fix the issue that S8 with Android 9 ALWAYS puts Notification Alert sound ONLY through Bluetooth connected headset. If you do not have earbuds in your ears all the time, you do NOT hear Notification Alert sounds! Sound Assistant was supposed to FIX THIS, but it still doesn't. Regardless of having this setting toggled ON/OFF in the app, it still doesn't put Notification Alert sounds through the phone speaker when a Bluetooth audio device of any description in connected, and "Audio" is selected to go to the Bluetooth connected device (So you can listen to music with the BT headset/earbuds). Unfortunately you DO want notifications through the connected Bluetooth device when in a vehicle. Just not when the Connected Bluetooth Device is a headset or earbuds. I accept, this is a complicated issue to resolve and not everyone might be happy, either way. The Bluetooth Connection Settings Options requires a toggle for "Notification Alert Sounds to Handset Speaker: On/Off" for each Bluetooth connected device. Then users could set this feature as they choose, per connected BT device, to suit the connected device?

Wow! Didn't know such an app existed. It allows me browse youtub or ticktok muted (some times I give a little bit of volume, all easily configuratable) while listenning to my audio books. I have been wanting to do this for yearssssss.

Absolutely fantastic, exactly what I needed to listen to both nature sounds and music when I fall asleep. Simple and clean interface.
