    A decent stretching app. I like especially the four week programs. There are a few issues, however: The rest screen hides the next excercise so it's hard to prepare for it. Also, you cannot navigate back or forth during the rest period making it slow to get back on track if you touch the back button by accident. Some excercises don't really have instruction on how to do them, just some words how 'beneficial' they are. Would also help if one could pause the timer and go read the instructions.
