  👋👋👋 Hi TP-Link, can the app have option to permanently set or lock the camera recording to HQ/high quality (Tapo C200)? It may also nice if the app have option to provide different password on each devices and/or when settings will be changed. So far, the devices are great yet it seems that the nice App has room for improvements. Thank you. 🙂

  Perfect plugs. Bought these plugs to connect various devices to Alexa. Setup was less than a minute and so easy to do. Now I can control things from anywhere in the world using my phone as long as the WiFi and internet is on at the house.

  It was all working fine until this update.... Now its no use at all. Absolutely hopeless, and we will be buying a different camera system in the New Year. TP, this app is a bloody disaster for your product!!

  Worked perfectly, have 3 bulbs, randomly doesn't know they are there, locks me out of account, says try again in 2 hours, as I'm disabled, I thought these bulbs would help my life, especially the automatic on, off function, which is absolutely brilliant, when it works, being able to control them with my voice is again brilliant when it works. So frustrating that this app just doesn't work properly, I have no choice but to keep the bulbs as I purchased through Amazon, who's return window shut!

  Keep finding my plugs randomly off or out of set schedule, been watching this behaviour for a while, so buggy! After power cut plug stays off indicating On in the app regardless if was running! I can't often turn off the camera privacy mode, it freezes somehow and I have to restart the app to see the image. Also constantly opens in low quality mode even when I always change it to high. Very irritating and poor app, badly going down with every update!

  As an older user i am still getting to grips with this i am using inside looking out window to cover front and rear off my home i am sure it will do the job. Images in daylight are good but not sure if i could identify any one at night. All in all I'm happy...Time will tell..
