  I used to love this app and used it frequently every semester. However, often orders would be an hour to 2 hours late after already waiting an hour, the estimated times were wrong most of the time, there are hidden charges to your debit card, and recently every restaurant says that I'm outside their service area even though I A) have gotten delivery from them before and B) am only a few blocks away. I reported the bug and heard nothing back. I'm uninstalling it because it's useless to me now.

  its well organized and easy to use. also takes up less space than other similar apps. its definitely not perfect though, so no 5 stars.

  good for fast orders, but the app needs work. There are description of the item on menus but I can't get the full description cause when I click the item hoping for a read more, it goes straight to the ordering options.. especially the Starbucks drinks I can't get the full description

  Terrible experience using this app. It's the only option to skip the lines in my school and they certainly know it. I have some sort of issue at least one out of every three times I order for pickup. Often it's just that the restaurant hasn't gotten my order so I need to wait even longer than usual but missing or wrong items are also a frequent issue. At least they have nice customer service -- I guess the people there get lots of practice.

  Easy to use and I love the convenience of the app for on and off campus. Only thing I would give criticism for is that for some items it doesn't let you view the whole description.
