  No option to raise tickets based on priority. All service requests are handled at the same severity level. The customer suppprt team also has a standard script that they keep reciting irrespective of the level of inconvenienve caused to the end user. Any issues raised on the app get abruptly marked as resolved without even confirming with the customer. A long way to go for this app. Better call them directly and hope for the best (unlikely)

  I have been facing disconnected frequently, support guys come do something and close the call, again same issue happens. Not a reliable network.

  My experience with the Tata sky broadband services is really good, barring a few instances of intermittent dosconnection recently,, which was logged using the app and was promptly responded and sorted out....

  Very very bad after sale services ,regarding re-location facilities requesting and doing follow up since 4 days but till now useless. They just assured that they will sent their technicians. I mailed on 9th oct 2020
