  Hi I have had my account for 4 days. I believe my phone, account, and apps have been hacked. Look into the individual storages of my apps and you will see that the math in storage dies not add up correctly. Most easily seen in un used apps. The cache has usually 32.77kbs ( sometimes varies to as much as 882kbs). Most apps are stored in mbs some of my are in kbs. Not seen usually because of storage problems. I believe the hackers overlay android and avoid detection. But mess up the storage .

  Customers deserve the choice of texting or speaking directly with tech support! We shouldn't be forced to text long lengthy messages, especially when talking with a live person would be much easier. I am visually impaired, typing is difficult....
