Been using this app for months on my Galaxy Note 9 and it's working great. Payments, validating tickets and all... But I still waiting a better support for more manufacturers, Oneplus, Sony, Xiaomi, Pixel phones. Good luck team vianavigo!

You need a nfc compatible sim (only Orange or Sosh provide some), stupid considering your phone has nfc. London tube wireless payement works fine, why can't Paris?

The app doesn't recognise my Navigo card even though it's the right type. The website sends me round in circles when I try and recharge my card due to a broken link that dumps me on the homepage. Another RATP failure.

How can I choose zones when buying week and month pass? There's a "how to choose my zone" icon and after hitting it, it leads to FAQ session without any useful information.

The Payment process should tell us what hardware is required BEFORE asking for permissions and installing a 3rd party app ! As of now, it requires an NFC capable Android phone WITH an Sosh/Orange NFC sim card, or a modern Samsung phone that can emulate card swipes.
