  I am having difficulty ordering groceries. I tap on the + repeatedly but items do not get put in my cart. This has been happening for months. I will think I've added items to my cart but they "fall out" of the cart without notifying me. so I end up only getting half of what I thought I ordered I am having difficulty adding to "my lists" I am not happy that you removed favorites and now I have to re-add everything but the app keeps saying there is a problem adding & removing favorites.

  Whats the point of walmart + if everything that's suppose to be shipped arrives by random people dropping it at your door freely anyway? Every time I want something shipped lately I end up with 2\3 random people showing up at my house dropping my orders off.. I don't want that nor have walmart +..you give the choice of shipping or delivery,but we dont get to actually use the choice and now I get to deal with randos making my dogs bark while my kids are trying to do virtual school..

  I love walmart. They are my first choice for all my groceries and household products. I have been a loyal in store and online customer. I have one gripe since i started using the online app which i have been using since before being able to pay with snap benefits. Now that there are more online customers using the app placing orders is now not so easy to place an order. Please update your system to be able to handle a higher volume of customers so the order process can continue to be fast.

  In the shopping list I would like items to always sorted by department and able to be moved to another list without the hassle of going to the item selecting list then going to previous list to delete.

  Ive never had problems with my phone until after I installed this.. I think some kind of malware is attached to it. I have many other apps on my phone.. But this one..... I don't know.
