Hi, I'm Gilson and I am tired of overpaying for what I call the 'Overpriced Vancouver Gas'. Vancouver Gas is expensive, it doesn't have to be. So I created this app with a single solution in mind. No fancy artwork, no complicated menus. This app only does 1 thing, and it does that 1 thing well. Hesitate no more about whether it is 'Worth The Drive' to cross the border. Calculate first, then go!

  this app needs gps location so that it can automatically calculate your distance and how long it would take to get there (like google maps does) they need people updating the current fuel prices on our side and US side of border. etc

  Privacy issues? In one comment, the developer indicated he knew what the reviewer entered when she complained about the currency. As for me, the app is fugly, I thought the fonts and colors would be better on my device, but I was wrong. Colors and fonts are pale and washed out. Everything is so scrunched together instead of being spread out. As others have said, there's odd anomalies with the results and entering currency value. The app interface is nauseating to me. Because of my concerns for privacy and my experience, I'm uninstalling it.

  I haven't put it "to the test' for accuracy yet, but I did try some sample numbers. It's hard figuing out what your cars mileage is (L/100km) though, so that could be a downfall. The fact that tolls aren't part of the equation is also something that a person would have to consider too (here in Windsor, it's $12+ round trip)...
