  Placed three orders months ago and never received any one of them. No customer service. I used PayPal disputes and they refunded the purchase price as they also did not receive any response from Zapals.

  Terrible. I placed a order of 2 gaming consoles in March and the delivery was supposed to be 7- 18 business days. It is the last week of April and still no delivery. Ive been emailing and sending messages. no response. This is by far the worst online shopping experience I ever had. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS!!!!!!
