Description of SpTH

Spanish Government has declared as mandatory to fill in a health form before travelling to Spain, and use the QR code linked to this form to travel to Spain, and show it when you arrive at any Spanish airport. This app:
* Fill in your health form
* Get your QR code, 48 hours before your date of arrival to Spain
* Manage your QR & show it when you arrive at the airport control
Everybody travelling to Spain, from any country, has to fill in the form and get the QR. Each form is personal and non-transferable, and it is valid for the linked trip.

  Very slow, with waiting indicator for minutes at start and end.. Requires to reenter duplicate info for each family member . Asks for room number when you don't know it. Ask for flat number even if not a flat etc

  After launching the app, a brief capcha popup appears followed by an endless spinning wheel in a white square. The app then keeps in a blocked state for quite a long time repeatedly after any action. Have stopped using it and gone to the website to avoid any surprises.

  For an App that every traveller must install and use, it is very poorly done. There is no 'none' option given to choose when asked about where one has travelled in the last 14 days. Also search option on the drop down box for the country should be available. Extremely slow on my Pixel 3a, keeps loading unnecessarily long.

  The program crashed and would not function without a data reset of the app (had to start from the beginning). It was unclear at first what the "form alias" meant and help for each field entry would be appreciated.

  2nd impression; multiple CAPTCHAs are completely unwarranted. App's default of +1 / USA is just surreal... Whole process still takes too long and the flow is a little confusing. Home address form overwrites postal code with first digits when user selects Province in Spain. Translations should be better quality, and app should remember home information as well as allow copying information from past trips when creating new trips so as to avoid time-wasting duplicate entry work.

  It proved useless. After completing the form, when requesting the QR code it kept failing with communication error. Sometimes it would show a captcha where you had to identify chimneys, cars, bikes, traffic lights, etc. but it would then give communication error again. Eventually I had to get the QR code from a browser. Going back to the app it did not give the option to retrieve. A pointless exercise.
