  Horrible app.. horrible website design.. absolutely no way to purchase tires for pickup in store WITHOUT INSTALLATION. Go on their website and try to purchase tires for pickup , you can't. their website forces people to actually go to competing company websites to purchase tires if they don't want installation , which is insane. It would seem that Firestone doesn't want to sell tires. 🤔 not a problem Firestone... you're ridiculous "in store policy" just sent my money to a different company. 🙄

  I want to make appt to bring car in for tire check without Road Assistance. The app is terrible for me....someone has Predetermined the order and if you don't follow that order it does not function?! Stick to the website; I am uninstalling the app.

  UPDATE: after posting about the problem o received a responce within minutes. I was told that my problem would be fixed by morning and it WAS. Fastest service o have had. A+. I have been trying to schedule an appointment at the warren, ohio store for over a week. Every time i try i get an error telling me to try again later. If they can't get an app to work, can they really fix my car?
