국민건강보험공단 모바일앱 서비스는 공단 홈페이지내의 주요 콘텐츠를 국민들이 모바일에서 쉽고 빠르게 많은 정보를 접할 수 있도록 구성하였습니다.
제공서비스는 아래와 같습니다.
1. 지역가입자 보험료 납부 서비스
보험료 계좌이체 납부, 가상계좌 발급, 대납 서비스
2. 제증명서 팩스발송
- 국민건강보험 제증명 발급을 위해 지사 내방 없이 고객센터 전화하지 않아도 언제 어디서나 스마트폰으로 편리하게 제출기관에 팩스로 보낼 수 있는 서비스를 제공합니다.
※ 종류(5종) : 자격득실확인서, 자격확인서, 보험료 납부확인서, 보험료 완납증명서, 차상위본인부담경감증명서
- 본인이 발급요청한 팩스는‘팩스발급 처리결과’를 통해 발송한 팩스 원문을 확인할 수 있으며 제증명 팩스발급 사실 여부를 확인은 물론, 공단으로 팩스를 보낸 경우‘공단 수신 팩스 조회’를 통해 수신 여부를 확인하실 수 있습니다.
3. 민원상담 (모바일 VOC)
- 공단 업무에 대한 궁금한 사항이나 원하는 요구사항 및 의견을 시간과 장소에 구애 없이 스마트폰으로 제시하고 이에 대해 답변할 수 있는 쌍방향 모바일 소통 채널입니다.

4. 신고센터
- 국민건강보험의 효율적인 예산 운용 및 절감을 위한 제안 및 부당청구한 요양기관을 공단에 스마트폰으로 신고할 수 있습니다.
- 종류 : 예산낭비 신고, 부당청구 요양기관 신고
5. 기타 서비스
- 공통 서비스 : 나의 민원조회, 자격조회, 건강보험증 재발급, 급여정지조회, 건강검진대상 및 결과조회, 미지급환급금, 진료받은 내용보기/신고회신내용, 사업장 의료비제공 동의, 보장구 예약신청, 보장구 신청한 내용, 임신출산진료비 잔액조회, 치석제거 진료정보조회

- 홈페이지내의 주요 콘텐츠를 국민들이 모바일로 쉽고 빠르게 많은 정보를 접할 수 있도록 개발하여 내손안의 건강도우미로 활용할 수 있습니다.
- 건강관리 콘텐츠는 모든 질병의 종류와 질환별 검사처치 및 응급처치법을 비롯한 자가진단 서비스를 제공하여 당뇨, 고혈압과 같은 질환과 산후우울증, 갱년기 자가진단테스트, 치매테스트, 우울증 척도 등 다양한 항목별 자가진단이 가능하여 스스로 건강을 체크해 질병을 미리 예방하고 건강을 지키는데 아주 유용한 서비스로 구성되어 있습니다.
- 아울러 현 위치에서 가장 가까운 병의원/지사 찾을 수 있도록 제작하였으며, 사회보험료를 미리 계산해 볼 수 있는 모의계산 기능까지 다양한 정보를 제공하고 있습니다.
7. 상담사 연결 (일반상담사, 수화상담사, 영어상담사, 고객센터)
- 건강보험 고객센터에서 실시하는 청각·언어 장애인을 위한 수화 상담사 서비스를 제공합니다.
- 이용방법은 M건강보험 앱 메인화면 하단 상담사 연결을 클릭하면 고객센터의 수화 상담사와 상담할 수 있습니다.
8. M건강보험 및 공인인증서 설치
앱의 개인의 민원서비스는 공인인증서 로그인 후 이용 가능합니다.
- 공단에서 발급한 공인 인증서를 PC에서 스마트폰으로 옮기는 방법
① 공단 홈페이지(www.nhis.or.kr)>통합포털도움센터>모바일서비스>인증서 내보내기를 선택하여, 스마트폰으로 내보낼 인증서 선택 후 공인인증서 비밀번호 입력
② M건강보험 앱의 하단 인증센터에서 인증서 가져오기 선택 후 인증번호(12자리)를 홈페이지‘인증서 내보내기’창의 인증번호란에 입력
③ M건강보험에서 인증번호 밑의‘확인’버튼을 클릭하면 홈페이지에서 내보낸 PC의 공인인증서가 스마트폰에 저장됨
