  I am happy with the service till now, something for 20-30mins network break or speed goes down otherwise it is stable. Using services in Jaipur area Thanks excitel And Installation is not free local vendor charge for installation.

  Very very poor support getting from excitel customer care services When we face any connectivity issues it's not resolved faster. It's taking 3 days 4 days. Every time we face same thing.

  Though I understand that mostly unsatisfied customers write reviews, I came just to say, that Excitel's support isn't that bad actually. I raised a complaint in the morning and it got solved by afternoon. This is pretty fast. Also, the support via phone call was good as well. This is something I need to really appreciate. (Delhi) Thank you people.

  App crashing again and again. I can't lodge a complaint or anything with that. It has been this way for the past 20 days. Also earlier, we could upload screenshots easily. The new UI has removed that feature. The chat also expires if I close the app. Still waiting for an update fix.

  Excitel sucks. No resolution has been provided since 2 months. They keep closing the tickets without resolving the issue. Or else keep extending the resolution time. One of my ticket's resolution time is 41 days. Every day the session gets stuck. Every day before my shift I have to call and get the session released. Almost every second day there is no connectivity. Have requested technician to visit numerous times, but no resolution.

  Pathetic! Worst! Pls do not get this connection ever! The connectivity is very poor and customer service is even worst! They promise a lot before sale and after that their people will not even pick your calls! Worst of the worst! Pls do not get this low class connection ever! Biggets mistake of my life. Cancelling the connection immediately.
