  You may tag this app as can be found in YouTube for "useless machines". This is exactly the app that do nothing. A very good UI, easy to handle, clear graphics, but... It is a placebo app. It does nothing. Every use in it, made me wait for my service for hours, without getting any of it. If you want a service from anyone, use the common methods, but this app. It is better to use mail (the one with the paper letters), use fax, smoke signals... Whatever. Don't waste your time here.

  The app sucks there are no available days for an appointment long story short don't bother setting an appointment using this

  Simple and does the job. Using all the time for Israel post office. The only missing feature is "service bookmarks" or even "recently used"

  You can't change or cancel appointments in the app and even after the appointment has passed it doesn't refresh itsef the same day and let you set another time saying you already have an appointment set.
