  Only been using this system for four weeks (at time of writing). I have a wired thermostat + extension kit for hot water + radiator thermostats. System was so easy to set up using the setup guide on the website. System works great and looks amazing. All features working for me including pairing with Amazon Alexa for voice control.

  I dont know what to say. The app looks cute but I'm not sure the device and/or app is working as it should. Geofencing is not working for me and I need to manually do it. The windows detection is not working for me even when I open the whole balcony it doesn't detect anything. The app is not starting and has connection error all the time...

  Excellent when it works. Doesn't always notice that one of us has left the house. Both phones using latest Android operating system.

  The app (and Tado in general) have made many mistakes. When you start paring a device, if you can't finish the installation your entire heating will become unreachable - and the only way to fix it is to either contact Tado customer support or delete your house. Also, installation instructions on the website are terrible - youtube works though.
