  I like the game, but you cannot play without purchasing. I didn't mind doing that until I noticed when u purchase it seems to make you loose so you will have to purchase even more. Then it glitches and closes everytime they offer the free gems or double points for free if you watch a video . So good luck doubling points for free. It even glitches while playing then you loose a life...I have spent about 50 bucks on this game and I'm over it! UNINSTALL!!

  Thanks for reducing the Gazebo to 1 tap. I want to report a bug about not getting passive income for the first 4 hotels, as the timer gets stuck after the first collection . I've not spent money nor used any powerups. Most stages are randomised. Luck is needed to get less demanding guests. I hope the receptionist can change tasks if rooms are unavailable. Please improve the detection boxes on Sakura & the frustrating small ones (room1/2) or too close(bar/refill, cake/decor, room/checkout. Thanks

  In the 2nd hotel never had a problem with anything im down for any game that is a time management game that doesn't require me to spend so much money... I think I paid for gems one time and never had to again...the only critique I could give it is how repetitive the game play can be... other than that i love this game 🎮 💕

  I keep seeing recent reviews about how you can't pass level 8 so people give them 1 star. Yes, the gumball machine is stupid and messes up your game play and affects your score but you can pass the level without spending money. I'm on the 4th hotel and I've NEVER spent real money on the game. It just takes some strategy and patience. You will need to watch videos for free gems as well. Don't go by the reviews, actually try the game out before judging.

  I opened the app to play my game, an update for the game popped up , so I updated it, now I opened the app again to start playing the game and the update pop up is there again, it seems to not be working, and it's getting frustrated and I don't want to uninstall not I love the game I've gotten so far now it's disappointing

  It says that the last update fixed the bugs but I dont think thats true. I just downloaded the game but will be deleting it after my review. I clicked on the game to try to play for the first time and it says that I need to update. I literally just installed it why wasn't the update in the install? When I clicked on the update it takes me back to this page and there's no update just open app. I can open the app but can't play the game because there's no update even though the app thinks there is
