Description of Hashi

Hashi is a logic puzzle.
Connect islands by horizontal and vertical single or double bridges such that in the end, all islands are connected with the indicated number. Note that bridges may not cross other bridges or go over islands.
Note that the solution is always unique.
You can get hints when stuck.
Different sizes can be played and some further properties of the puzzles may be customized.
Now there is also an expert mode where triple bridges are possible.
You may choose between two color schemes (white on black or black on white).

5 stars on older versions of Android. Small memory use, no permissions needed, no ads, elegant game. Alas, no updates since Feb 2012. Critically important menu button is no longer part of recent Androids. If you don't see the 3 dot menu button your device is too recent.

Used to be an amazing hashi app, however after getting a new phone the menu no longer opens, leaving a sub par experience

I love Hashi, and this was a great game until Samsung did away with the hard menu button. I tried to find a work around for years without success until now. My menu button is back - "MENU BUTTON (NO root)" by JetToast does the trick. Run menu button before starting Hashi, after you are done close the button app in the status bar. Awesome!

I play games on pc, mobiles and tablets. Ive played games since they began (like zx spectrum games). But I've probably spent more time on this little game than any other title I've ever played. Yep, more than skyrim, or micro machines 2. Why? Because its perfect - it just presents the pleasant logic puzzle in an elegant way with no non-sense. I play this any time I have to wait for something, as its perfect for short 5 minute games. Played it for 6 years and I still haven't tired of it. Well done!

I'm a big fan of hashi and have tried countless hashi programs and this is easily the best. Its totally free and haven't been bothered by any ads either. Did change display to black on white tho as white on black doesn't look papery enough to me and am now fully satisfied :D will buy the donation version as soon as I can afford to as a thank you for making this. I finally have a great hashi program :D have you considered making a link-a-pix? I'd try any logic game you create.
