زمالة الماجستير هي جمعية القساوسة والكنائس التي ترتبط ببعضها البعض من قبل حب الكلمة الحية كما هو موضح في الكلمة المكتوبة.الغرض من الزمالة هو دعم مهمة وقيادة الكنيسة المحلية من خلال الاتصال والتواصل بين القساوسة والكنائس المتشابهة التفكير الذين يشاركون في قناعات الكتاب المقدس الأساسية للعقيدة وإيمانها.
