生活治療センターに入所してアプリを介して生体信号（体温、血圧など）を医療スタッフにリアルタイムで送信し、入所者の健康状態を監視し、有事の際、迅速に対処できるように提供します。
■ご利用方法
- ログイン：入所した生活治療センター人を選択した後入所号室と生年月日を数字のみを入力
- 健康情報の記録：メイン画面での健康情報を記録アイコンを選択した後に、毎日の生体信号を測定した後、測定した数値を入力して記録するボタンを押して送信します。
■主な機能
- 健康情報の記録：体温、血圧/脈拍数、酸素飽和度などの測定したデータを入力し、送信
- 問診：生活治療センター入所時に作成問診内容確認
- 非対面診療：医療スタッフとリモートでテレビ電話やチャット利用（医療スタッフとの事前予約が必要）
